Ubuntu Collective was founded by Kugan Naidoo following more than ten years working across psychology, therapy, allied health, education, recruitment, technology and organisational growth.
That experience has created a practical understanding of how practitioners build careers, how organisations deliver services and where families encounter barriers when trying to access the right support.
Ubuntu is being shaped through relationships across practitioners, specialist providers, schools, universities, public-sector organisations and strategic partners. The platform is therefore being built around real sector conditions: fragmented access, workforce constraints, operational complexity, professional development needs and the importance of trusted human relationships.
Ubuntu is not being designed from outside the sector. It is being built from within it.
